Julast

Julast enjoy bright colors, loud noises, and lots and lots of activity. They're simply bursting with energy. (Ahaha, get it? x'D ) Several points on their bodies constantly emit sparkling fireworks, which Julast has become somewhat adept at using as a weapon. They aren't fast, they aren't sneaky, and they definitely aren't quiet (one can hear at the very least a sizzling fizzling noise when within 10 feet of the creature), but they are definitely peppy creatures - well-suited at energizing their company.
