Electrizard

He hasn't gotten much bigger than his previous form, standing at perhaps two-thirds the average human's height, but Electrizard sure knows how to use his static! Well, at least to the extent anything could use static electricity. This lizard spends most of his day building up a charge on the off chance that something bigger wants to come by and try to take a bit out of him. When threatened, Electrizard curls into a ball and 'charges' (XD) it's enemy, doing some damage. But it's the paralysis that this guy is trying to take advantage of, escaping while the opponent is disabled.
